episode 14: The Addiction Issue + Oregon Recovers + Sobriety Stories

The addiction crisis in Portland. Who is trying to help? What can we do?

But first, how can you make a change?

One of the reasons we do Portland Tea Party live is because we have a JFDI mindset - just f*%cking do it. If you are thinking of creating something or getting involved in your community - just do it.

This week’s Offline with Jon Favreau podcast covered political hobbyism. Do your actions move the needle towards change, or are they sharing opinions in a vacuum? If you want to create real change, the best way to start is on a hyper local level. Who is doing the work that’s important to you in the community? Can you volunteer? Can you donate? Ask questions and get involved. To listen to the episode see the link below.
